Directions to Tilghman Island |

From Washington D.C.
From the Capitol Beltway: Take Rt. 50 East following signs for Annapolis and Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Cross Bridge and stay on Rt. 50 as it turns south toward Easton and Ocean City. Nearing Easton the airport will come into view on your right. One-half mile south of the airport bear right onto Rt. 322 and proceed 2 miles. At traffic light, turn right onto Rt. 33 following signs to St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. Continue on Rt. 33 through St. Michaels. Tilghman Island is approximately 15 miles beyond St. Michaels. Total drive time is approximately two hours.
Take Rt. 695 and then Rt. 97 South. Turn onto Rt 50 East following signs for Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Cross Bridge and stay on Rt. 50 as it turns south toward Easton and Ocean City. Nearing Easton the airport will come into view on your right. One-half mile south of the airport bear right onto Rt. 322 and proceed 2 miles. At traffic light, turn right onto Rt. 33 following signs to St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. Continue on Rt. 33 through
St. Michaels. Tilghman Island is about 13 miles beyond St. Michaels. Total drive time is approximately two hours.
Go south on Rt. 95 and take the SR-896 S exit (1A) towards Middletown. Merge onto S College Avenue which becomes DE-896 S. Proceed straight onto 301 S and continue until you see the turn off for MD-213 (towards Centreville/Wye Mills). Turn left onto MD-213 and go 4 miles. At the traffic light, turn left onto Rt. 50 which will take you to Easton. After the airport, bear right on Rt. 322 and Rt. 33, respectively, following signs to St. Michaels and Tilghman Island as indicated above. Total drive time from Philadelphia is approximately three and one-half hours.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. After crossing into Delaware, follow the signs for Rt. 896 S to Rt. 301 S. Continue on Rt. 301 S until you see the turn off for MD-213. (toward Centreville/Wye Mills). Turn left onto MD-213 and go 4 miles. At the traffic light, turn left onto Rt. 50 which will take you to Easton. After the airport bear right on Rt. 322 and Rt. 33, respectively, following signs to St. Michaels and Tilghman Island as indicated above. Total drive time from New York is approximately four hours.
